subscription question

I've recently signed up for the Apple Music monthly subscription.

Works fine on my iPhone 13, and I have full access to the Store, but on my MacBook Air M1 when I browse the Store, I'm expected to pay, or take another subscription.

Logged in with the same Apple ID on both devices. MacBook Air is Authorised.

I also have no access to Radio, which suggests that somehow or another the subscription isn't being shared between devices.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
