“Homekit must be enabled when using iCloud.”

I keep getting this annoying pop up on my ipad, daily, since updating to iOS 15.6.

Love ipads and iCloud. I can actually walk across a room to turn on my lights or turn up the heat.

Is this a bug? If not, is there a way to turn it off? Or should I have asked Siri this question?

Thanks,

David

Hey there dwdorken,

When receiving this message, you'll want to make sure HomeKit is enabled for the app(s) using it. To check, go to Settings > Privacy > HomeKit, then enable the application(s) listed here to help with the pop-up.

Should this persist, can you clarify what the rest of the message says, along with any options included?

Take care!
