family sharing

Hello to everyone.. I am using an iphone 13 pro with ios 15.6 and i also have an ipad 9th generation with iPados 15.6 for my child..family sharing used to work fine but after upgrading i face many problems.. i have the role of the organiser.. ask to buy does not seem to work.. when my child tries to download something it asks him to send permission but i never get a notification and the status of the app returns to “get” after a minute or so.. the only way to download it to turn off ask to buy.. also when i start purchase sharing it is only enabled for me..i have tried logging off and on and multiple resets as well.. nothing works for me.. any ideas??
