Deleting an app that does not show up in iCloud?
I have a game that I’m wanting to start over on my iPhone. When I go under manage storage in iCloud the app slash game does not show up. Is there another way to delete the app?

No apps are ever stored in iCloud. If you want to delete an app see→Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
If you don’t see a delete option: If you have Screen Time enabled, go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions/iTunes & App Store Purchases and change Deleting Apps to Allow.
Then try deleting the app again.
Note that you must restart your phone before adding the app back.
