Can’t make or recieve calls after iOS15.6 update

I updated my IOS about 5 days ago to iOS 15.6, issue is after the update I cannot make or recieve calls and I’m getting a “call failed” error. Mobile data and text messages are working and I could make and recieve calls perfectly before the update. I’ve tried all the “fixes” I could find and nothing is helping, please help!

Both for incoming and outgoing. Once I reboot it, I will usually work for the rest of the day. Messaging and internet both work fine. It happened after the 15.6 update. I’m on 15.7 now thinking that an update might fix it but it did not. Thanks in advance for any help or idea!

Did you also try to restore it to factory settings on your computer, without using the latest backup, to make sure, that this is not software related?

Did you also make sure, that the carrier settings have been updated?
