I can receive messages from a certain person but when i text my messages them don't deliver. It's only happening with her. I tried googling it but nothing came up. i also tried deleting her contact.

Are you trying to send an iMessage? Is this person an iPhone user? If they use a non-iOS phone (Android), do you have an SMS plan on your cellular account? Are you just trying to send an SMS or are you trying an MMS, which is an SMS with some type of media with it, requires that you have cellular data turned on as well as having the MMS plan on your cellular account.
If this is the only person that you cannot send an iMessage to, have them check their device to make sure they have not blocked you. If you are able to send messages to others and you can receive her iMessage, it would seem the issue may be on her end.
We both have iphone and my cellular data is on. I try to send anything, a message or a photo and nothing work . Sorry if i answer wrong i don't really udnerstand
She doesn't have me blocked i checked and we are trying to figure it out. Thank you tho
