Not receiving messages from one person.

She is getting my messages but I am not getting hers. I have tried restarting my phone, deleting her contact and adding it again, checking if she was blocked, and making sure my send and receive number is correct. I’m just not sure how to fix the issue.

If that person formerly had Apple gear using iMessage and no longer does, (s)he should do the following:

Deregister iMessage on your iPhone or online - Apple Support

It’s probably helpful to mention the persons phone is not an iphone.
