Outdoor Cycle workout not reflecting on exercise ring

I’m doing cycling for last 4 days and the total time taken for that is 67 minutes, my total exercise minute is 40 min but after complete the excess time of workout the ring is not complete and outdoor cycle workout is recording on watch properly but why its not reflect on ring.?
