Apple watch exercise not matching recorded workout

I've experienced this before but was able to snap a picture this time. I had walked 1 hour in the morning and 1 hr in the evening my ring only reflected 35 total workout minutes??? I read other threads about your heart rate not being high enough to count but how would it not count if actively recording the entire workouts??

For today after continuing to walk my ring is consistently 10 minutes behind my actual

I have the series 9–same issue!!! I’ve followed all the steps recommend to “a correct” the issue—-turned on location services, disabled low power mode, watchband not too tight, software is up to date. (10.2) I completed two twenty minute walks today on the treadmill. Both times I looked at my workout app when I ended it and it showed the appropriate duration. However, my exercise ring currently shows 19/60 minutes.

it’s very frustrating! Anyone else having this issue? Is Apple aware and is there a fix coming?
