App passwords won't save to iphone

Some passwords saved for apps will not save in my iphone. I have turned the auto-fill and the iCloud keychain off and on.

Saved passwords reverting after iOS update. Why do passwords I have saved for various apps reset EVERY time I do an iOS update? I usually think it’s not every app, but I’m starting to think it is, I just don’t use them all right after an update. Every app in which I change the password in between updates. It’s not like they are even erased, they revert back to a previous saved password. It’s incredibly annoying.

Passwords app not syncing with icloud passwords Since I upgraded to IOS 18 the new passwords app has more saved passwords than are saved to my iCloud account. I have removed my iPad Air 2 from my account in case that was keeping it back. I have tried backing up and force sync in my iPhone 14. I cannot find the solution other than having to go through each and every password in the app again!

My iPhone isn't saving passwords My iPhone isn’t saving passwords, nor are they autofilled. Passwords and keychain are enabled in the iCloud section and in the passwords section. No autofilling on sites you’d expect, such as quilting sites. I am using an iPhone 14 running 16.4.1. Autofill is not working for credit cards either. [Personal Information Edited by Moderator]

I had that problem awhile ago but it was when Norton Password was saving my passwords ahead of the iPhone. Just an idea for you to check out. Good luck.

Did you sign out of iCloud and back in—to jump start sync—sign back in

Sign out of iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV ...

If iCloud Keychain won't turn on or sync
