My iPhone isn’t saving passwords, nor are they autofilled. Passwords and keychain are enabled in the iCloud section and in the passwords section. No autofilling on sites you’d expect, such as quilting sites. I am using an iPhone 14 running 16.4.1. Autofill is not working for credit cards either.

Ensure Settings > Passwords > AutoFill Passwords settings are enabled.
Ensure Settings > Safari > AutoFill is enabled.
If iCloud Keychain is enabled and your device has been verified to iCloud (see the Related Article, linked above), and it’s not working, then shut off iCloud Keychain, keep a copy of passwords locally, wait a minute, restart, and re-enable and re-verify access into iCloud Keychain and merge your passwords, and try again.
If this iPhone is managed or supervised (Settings > General > VPN & Device Management shows profiles loaded), contact the entity that is managing this iPhone.
If you’re sharing an Apple ID with anyone, discontinue that sharing.
