How can I get a more recent version of Safari for my older Mac Book Pro?

I've got an older MacBook Pro- late 2011-

It's running great with a 500 GB SSD and I've switched over to Safari from Chrome for faster browsing... I have OS High Sierra 10.13.6 (the latest one I can use supposedly)

so now I realize that my version of Safari is older, (some websites not fully loading or ....) and want to update that somehow.

Is this possible?

If you're running a version of Safari older than 13.1.2, check for updates in the Mac App Store. Otherwise, no.
