Watch Now shows missing on Apple TV

As of today, all of my shows I’ve been watching on my list are gone. Shows from Hulu, HBO, Apple TV+, etc. did something change? Is it somewhere else?

Apple TV 4K, tvOS 15

Actually, the problem was solved by changing to another profile and changing back. Once I did that, all of my shows came back.

If you have seen all available episodes of a show, then it would not list it anymore in Up Next, until new episodes become available. Then it would list it again automatically. Up Next is a queue list, not a library.
If you have reset the watch history, then Up Next is cleared as well.
These go for your account, and thus for all your devices at once.
If there are multiple accounts on your Apple TV box, then first switch to your own account.
