Does anyone have any ideas about when the gift card arrives when getting an iPad in-store? I feel like they messed it up and forgot to give me my gift card...but Apple Support and people in the store say it'll be emailed to me in 24 hours. Not sure who to believe here? Does anyone have any experiences from this summer? Thanks!
I took it back yesterday, and they said they should've given me the gift card in-store and it wasn't supposed to be emailed to me. They did a return and issued the gift card.

If it has been more than 24 hours, go back to the store for assistance.
Take the receipt for your iPad to help identify the transaction.
Did you check your Spam folder in your email account?

straightening things out when there is a glitch.
