Education Discount Gift Card Not Received

Hello, I have bought an IPad with the education discount as I am a University Student. The discount had also came with an Apple Gift Card and during my order confirmation, they had said that the gift card would be emailed to me within 24 hours but it has been more then 24 hours and I still haven’t gotten the gift card.
