Iphone 13 Pro - Camera making static noise or fan like noise

Hello,

I have an IPhone 13 Pro since January. I've never though of placing the phone near my ear when camera app is opened. I have done this and when the camera app is opened, regardless if it is in Phone, Video, Protrait or any other mode it has, it makes a continues static noise, or cooling fan noise, coming from the camera module. Now, the photos and video come out fine, image stabilization works fine, zoom works fine. I also have an IPhone 12, and that one does not make any sounds for that matter.

What's your thoughts on this? Is there something wrong with my 13 Pro or this is how the phone is? I haven't found much discussions or posts regarding this.

P.S. Both phones are on the latest iOS 15.5, I have both of them brand new and they have not taken any major drops or shocks.
