When I click to set date and time automatically it goes back to November 2021. help please.

when I click to set automatic it goes wrong and won't let me use internet.

currently on manual setting for date and time.

When I try to click on "Date & Time" in System Settings it doesn't react at all and the Location Services is well configured with everything enabled even "setting time zone". It's a nightmare I don't find any way to configure the date/time. Even if I use the Clock app it shows the same hour for each locations (france, india, ...) Do you have any idea ?
