wrong date time - impossible to change

Hello,

The date time displayed is not aligned with my location and I'm not able to change it. When I try to click on "Date & Time" in System Settings it doesn't react at all and the Location Services is well configured with everything enabled even "setting time zone".

It's a nightmare I don't find any way to configure the date/time.

Even if I use the Clock app it shows the same hour for each locations (france, india, ...)

Do you have any idea ?
