Apple Support Problem
Hello,
I'm trying to purchase an iPad through the Apple Store app. During checkout, it shows an zip code of mine and doesn't let me change it. I've already changed the address within the primary shipping section of the apple store app, my iCloud account address, and my Apple Card address. Even with all possible address areas showing the correct and current address, Apple Store is still showing my old zip code. I've restarted and app and have restarted the entire order but neither fixed my issue.
To follow that, I tapped the button to get chat support through text and, after sending my message, I received the automated message "This feature is not supported in your region". I live in a large city within Tennessee, USA, so I find it hard to believe I'm in an unsupported region. Any insight as to all of my address issues and how to fix this? Thanks.
