Empty App Store credit

Want to empty my App Store credit but my region doesn’t allow apple support hence I can’t chat with a customer care service person . What to do ?!

Buy something more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method for the excess amount, or use this link to ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it. If you can't reach them from that page, click here.
