Keyboard failing due to water damage?

I dunked my phone for less than thirty seconds two weeks ago, I dried my phone off with a microfiber cloth and continued along my day. At first I had thought nothing happened, I've checked the SIM card duct no water damage indicator, and no warning appeared on my screen. A week later I noticed certain parts of my keyboard were unresponsive; the delete button, the letters P, C, O, M, L, K and F specially. I am assuming this is due to some sort of water damage– can I fix this problem without needing to go to The Apple Store?

Unfortunately not possible. the issue will be considered by apple support as physical damage and hence the warranty is not applicable and the standard warranty doesn't cover accidental damage. better to opt for a new device and wait for the iPhone 14 launch. A small advise to always purchase AppleCare+ with your Apple devices and AC+ for iPhones will extend your warranty devices for 2 years total with coverage to 2 accidental damage per year.

Take it to a Retailer:

To it to a retailer, seeing if they have a device that gets the water out of a phone. Retailers have these.
