Recently I took my iPhone in the shower. I accidentally got it super wet though. After this, the speaker is very distorted (it’s bad whilst writing) the WiFi and the phone itself is very slow, and when I type in App Library, the keyboard goes sideways. Please help!

May I ask why did you take your iPhone in the shower? You are likely looking at a new iPhone as water damage cannot be repaired. Even if your iPhone is still functioning now, eventually the water will destroy your entire iPhone and stop working.
iPhones are water resistant, nothing more and nothing less. Waterproof, they are not. More than likely you’ve caused irreparable damage to your iPhone.
If you have Apple Care+ or a 3rd party protection and damage plan you might request a replacement. Otherwise, check your homeowners or renters insurance or coverage by a credit card you used for the purchase.

Hate to tell you this, but Apple will NOT “fix it”.
Liquid damage is not repairable. The phone will have to be replaced.
I put it on the sink but I needed to use it but then someone (I would like to keep their name private) came in and scared me and I dropped it on the shower floor. It’s not an old phone or anything. Most of the problems have gone (except for a moisture warning that I’ll fix later and the speakers crackle at high volume) but I’ll just get Apple to fix it. Thanks anyway.
There are internal and external moisture indicators and Apple will examine your iPhone before repair. If their inspection determines moisture has been present, they’ll refuse service. Sorry. The internal damage will only get worse (rust/corrosion) and performance will deteriorate.

Yes, but my phone KNOWS the time, and it’s probably just safari or something. It said that it was 7:50pm at the top but when I posted it, it said 11:51am.
