I have gotten myself into a strange pickle. I apparently deleted a text thread from a contact on my phone (not sure when, so I haven't reset & restored from a backup yet).

The full thread is still available on my iPad, & all new texts from today when I realized that I'd lost the thread on my phone that I send to/receive from this contact from either device appear instantaneously on the other, so syncing seems to be working.

Question: Is there a way I can restore the full thread still on my iPad back to my iPhone? Thanks in advance for assistance.

No, you would need to restore your phone from your backup, if you have one and weren't syncing them to the cloud.
