Can I take advantage of the carrier deals off I buy and set up my phone at the apple store

I don't need a personal phone as I am consilidating to one work phone. My phone is paid for and my service was supposed to be cancelled an still came out of my account

How do I change my carrier on an iPad Air I bought prepaid service with a certain carrier for my iPad Air 13, but soon discovered their coverage is spotty in my rural location. The carrier installed an e-sim on the iPad. I want to change to another carrier which has better coverage. Do I now have to restore to factory settings (General > Transfer or Reset > Reset), or is there an easier way to change carriers? TIA

You need to contact your cell carrier about your service, this has nothing to do with Apple.
