I broke my more current iPhone which was updatedto iOS 14, but my temporary replaced device is a 6 and only going up to iOS 12 therefore I wasn’t able to restore from backup. That wouldn’t be an issue if I could access all of my passwords

Have any Backup with these Passwords?:
Restore a device from a backup of it that contains these passwords, and you could recover them.
