Can't find Password and Keychain in Settings on my iPhone 14 Pro following the iOS 18 update. User names and passwords are not readily available. However, a list of passwords is listed in iCloud, but I can't access them or utilize autofill in my third-party accounts.

With the iOS 18 update, the iCloud Keychain has been replaced with the new Passwords app, which now stores your passwords. It’s usually placed on the last page of your apps upon update. The icon should look like a set of keys below.

The Passwords APP is not in your Settings, but rather on your APP pages. Check your other app page or as stated use the Spotlight Search.
Try swiping down on the Home Screen to search for Passwords if you can't find the app
Had the same problem. Downloading it from App Store fixed this for me.
