What am I getting with Apple music

I’m trying to figure out Apple Music. The songs I have on my playlist are they mine? When I stop Apple Music will I lose them

Apple Music allows you to access the entire Apple Music catalog for as long as you continue to pay the monthly fee. You also have the option of buying music from the iTunes Store that is yours to use forever. Which method of accessing music is best for you is something only you can answer. For me, it's a mix of both.


Apple Music allows me to listen to anything that strikes my fancy at no incremental cost. If I end up really liking something, I can always buy a copy.
