I haven’t used apple music for a while so when I subscribed all my songs and playlist was gone how can I get them back

Once you cancel your subscription or let it expire, there is no guarantee if or for how long your music library will be retained after the last billing cycle. I am afraid you will have to start from scratch if you resubscribe.
