Calling and answering issue

Hello,

I have an issue regarding an Iphone 12 Pro Max

When I’m on silent mode and someone calls me, I anwser and it keeps vibrating for 5-6 seconds more and it won’t connect the call…it connects the call after it stops vibrating…sometimes it won’t connect it at all
