apple watch can not open control center and recent notification

After using the Apple Watch for a long time.
Can not turn the digital crown to scroll seeing recent notification
Can not hold the bottom of the display to swipe up opening control center
You only need to reboot the Apple Watch to recover

Apple Watch Series 6, watchOS 8

Have you tried (force) restarting your watch?

I rebooted(force) the Apple Watch and it worked.
But it's not a good solution, and it shouldn't happen
From a developer's point of view, this is a bug that must be fixed
This critcal bug seriously affects customers' use experience
