hello i have a problem with ipad which i bought online i can't activate it because it asks for iCloud and password of the previous owner i called the owner many times but he doesn't answer my calls somehow i can delete his iCloud
You will need the previous owners' information in order to be able to use the iPad. Without it you won't be able to remove the activation lock and the iPad will be useless to you.
