I would like to change the region but it requires me to zero my apple account before and I cannot since the balance is 24.11 $
how can i move the balance and change the region to Saudi arabia and not loose my apps and previous purchases
the problem now is that I cannot add cards to my apple pay because my account is US and i am now in KSA

Hello ~If you are trying to zero your balance before changing regions…you may purchase an item from the App Store for more than your balance and the remainder will be billed to your credit card on file thus zeroing your balance . You may also go to upper right hand corner and click on Get Support and they can zero it for you or:
