How do I change the country / region for my Apple ID with balance in current region

Hi Team,

I have my Apple ID set to US and wanted to change to AUS but having a $0.10 balance in my account, now I cannot spend that money as there is nothing for 10 cents and cannot add or associate any new credit cards as that's not US card.

What are my options and how can I change the country?

Want to change my region but can't, because I have money balance which is so small I want to change my region but I cannot because of the amount in my Apple ID. The amount is so little that I cannot buy any app. No Credit card or applicable VISA available. What should I do? Tried contacting apple support. But my country is not listed.

change country I have a balance in my Apple ID account 0.39 $ but I need your help to reset my balance because I want change country region and payment information too. How can I do this?

Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.

I tried buying item more expensive then my current balance but I'm unable to use card because it' from US and I'm in AUS.

Thanks, that helped. Had a chat with staff and was quickly able to update the region.
