Current version of Photos for Mac
What is the current version of Photos for Mac? What is the OS requirement?

The most recent version of Photos is 7. This comes with MacOS 12/Monterey.
It is not possible to upgrade photos except by upgrading the OS version (the version of Photos is tied to the version of MacOS
So for exampel I have photos 6 which comes with Big Sur. If I want 7 I will have to upgrade to Monterey. I'm sure I'll get around to at at some point, but for now I'm in the "if it aint broke....." camp.
