Hide My Email address I created

iCloud+ is Required:

You need an iCloud+ Account to access and use Hide My Email. So, do you have a subscription to it? If so, subscribe to one, so you can use Hide My Email.

II. Upgrading to iCloud:

2. As it Reads: "iCloud+ gives you everything iCloud offers plus premium features including iCloud Private Relay (beta), Hide My Email[...]"

III. Setting Up and Using "Hide My Email":

1. Go Here: Set Up and Use Hide My Email in iCloud+ on All your Devices - Apple Support
2. Scroll to: Use Hide My Email on iCloud.com
3. Proceed from there as necessary

Troubleshooting your Account:

Having issues like this with your account, contact Apple Support. This is a service they officer. So, as long as you have this service available to you then all should work just fine. So, give Apple a call, and see what is going on with your account. Either it is a misconfiguration, or a glitch on Apple's user database.

So, Contact Apple Support.

They’ll see what’s going on and will run you through the fix.

Why the Wait:
