iphone XS ios15.3.1 not connecting to wifi

have had trouble with this phone and talked with SeniorAdvisors - thought it was fixed, but issue has come back. It will not connect to our wifi, while every other device does. So....anyone else have issues like this ?? Have I worn out my phone?

  • Reset the router to factory settings (menu or paper clip)
  • On iphone Settings, General, Transfer iphone or reset, reset, reset network settings
  • If you have a VPN you are strongly recommended to uninstall it and its profile in Settings, General, VPN and device management
