Try the following...
A few thoughts to try:
I. Start Here: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch won't Connect to a Wi-Fi Network - Apple Support
II. Clear the Temporary Internet Files:
III. Restart your Router:
- Power: off the router
- Wait:Â 30 seconds
- Power:Â It back on
IV. Reconnect to your Network:
- Go to:Â Settings
- Tap:Â Wi-Fi
- Disable:Â Wi-Fi
- Wait:Â 30 seconds
- Enable:Â Wi-Fi
V. Add Back the Network:
- Go to:Â Settings
- Tap:Â Wi-Fi
- Remove:Â the network
- Wait:Â 30 seconds
- Add:Â the network back
VI. Reset All Network Settings to Default:
Example of items that will be reset:Â (Wi-Fi Passwords, VPN Connections, etc):
- Go To:Â Settings
- Tap:Â General
- Tap:Â Reset
- Tap:Â Reset Network Settings.
- Enter:Â [Your Passcode]
