Hello, Did anyone tried cancelling their order from the apple store online? I received an email stating I haven’t billed for the product but I didn’t receive the money yet on my bank account. It has been more than 15 days that i have cancelled my order. I just want to know how long did it take for the refund? ImI’m from Philippines.

"If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account."

If you contacted your bank/credit card company and they have not seen the refund, I would contact Apple Support -- probably under purchases. I'd also recommend you have your cancelled order#/refund information handy.

Refunds can take up to 30 days depending on method of payment. So you need to wait until after that to contact Apple.

You contact the same place that told you a refund is being issued. Apple states that it can take up to 30 days.

I did not ask for a refund. I’ve said it twice: it may take up to 30 days. We do not work for Apple and do not have information on Apple’s internal processes.
