I ordered iPhone 11 dated Dec. 23, 2021, and canceled my order on Dec. 25, 2021. I received an email for the cancellation of my order and it says 'they are processing my order' and also refund will be processed within 3 business days. Today is Jan 4, 2022 and upon checking my bank account, the refund has not been credited to my account. Pls help.

I called Apple support and told my concerns, they told me since the item was not shipped out, they did not bill me for it. But upon checking my balance, I was charged for it. I dont know what else to do
Update as of today and it has been 4 days still no email received from the Order Support team. I will call again tomorrow for the nth time for a follow-up.
This is such a bad experience for me as a first-time apple customer.
well, do you have a bank statement showing that you were charged by Apple? Or was it just a temporary authorization?
If you were charged, contact Apple, show them the proof and ask for a refund.
correction -- 'they are processing my REFUND'
refunds can take up to 30 days until they are credited to your account.
I have proof showing I was charged by Apple. Also, I just got off the phone with them. They told me the Order support team will contact me via email within 24-48 hours.
