BeatsX wireless earphone not charging
I have beatsX wireless earphones. The battery is flat and when I plug in to charge it flashes Red and White light alternatively and it is not charging. Could you please guide- how to fix it?

We understand that you’re not able to get your BeatX to charge, and when you try they flash between red and white lights. We may be able to offer some assistance.
We do want to preface our guidance with a note that all batteries are consumable products. With use and over time you will experience depletion of a battery that may impact performance.
That being said, let’s try a reset:
Reset your Beats earphones - Apple Support
After resetting them, connect them to a known good Lightning to USB cable and power adapter for at least an hour before attempting to pair again.
