My earbuds not charging

When I charge my beats studio earbuds it’s blink red and white when I plugging. Is it normal symbol? When I check battery health it shown the case not charging. That shown fully empty charge and also earbuds charging % day by day going down. So, how can I solve the problem?

I have tried multiple cords and cleaned out the power receptacle with an air duster. I have wiped the contact points in the case and on the earbuds with an alcohol wipe.
