I'm trying to make the menu bar visible in full screen mode, and this can apparently be done by unchecking a box that says "automatically hide and show the menu bar in full screen", which can be found under "Dock and Menu Bar" in system preferences. Except on my macOS Catalina it's called just "Dock" and there is no Menu Bar section there.
How do I attack this issue?
MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15
The missing detail may be found under 'General' in System Preferences.
From High Sierra and above, this detail appears to have been changed.
(Or maybe not.) Perhaps early as El Capitan. Hadn't noticed, if similar before then.
