sleep mode
I have late 2014 27" iMac. since downloading o s 11.6 and 11.6.2 my mac will not stay in the sleep mode, how doI get it to stay in the sleep mode

Avoid Sleep, it’s unnecessary on later Macs, all pain, no gain. Shut for long absences i.e. > 2 hours. To disable, check “Prevent…” in Energy Preferences and uncheck everything else. You can leave the display off time as is, unrelated to Sleep.
