iMessage and FaceTime

I recently switched phone company’s and winded up getting a new phone but keeping my old number and when I would text iPhones from my new phone that isn’t an android all of the messages would go straight to my iPhone even with no service or WiFi connected to it, so I took the SIM card out of my iPhone and for some reason it won’t let me log in to use iMessage or FaceTime features.

iPhone 11, iOS 15
