Active imess and facetime on new iphone

I insert my sim card to new iphone, but can't active imess and facetime. (i had deregistered online my phone number before). Pls help me!

Are you getting an error message after you activate in Settings? It may take a while for the services to be turned on.

If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime
