How long does it take to receive my trade in refund after sending in my old iPhone ?

There's no specific number of days. Once received, it will be evaluated and you'll receive an email either stating the value is what you expected or if there is a valuation difference, they'll offer the option to accept or decline and if you decline, they'll send the phone back to you.
