refund for traded in iphone

I traded my iphone 6S for a iphone XR. I received a box with instructions to send it in. I did that but have not received the refund that they promised for my old phone.

I sent in my iPhone 11 and got a confirmation email saying that they received the iPhone and will be sending me $212 for the trade in. iPhone refund I sent the old iPhone in for credit. Fed ex tracking says it arrived to its destination. Apple says it hasn’t been received. Who do I contact?

Hello,

How long has it been? According to Apple Trade In, it takes 2 or 3 weeks.

It might be taking longer than usual due to the current situation, but it would be best to contact Apple if it has been longer than that and you haven't had an update.
