Thank you for posting in the Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you accidentally used the wrong information to sign into an app, and turned on facial recognition within the app, correct? If so, we would love to help see if we can get the issue resolved for you. If you need to turn off Face ID for the app, you can go into Settings > Face ID & Passcode > Other Apps, and turn off the setting for the app there. You may be able to resolve the issue by visiting the app, and when the sign in authentication fails, you should be able to manually enter the correct information and your device will prompt you to save it.
