Why is my ordered item on hold when my...

My MacBook Pro purchase has been on hold due to payment authorization. But I contacted my bank and my bank account shows that Apple has taken the money out. Also, it says my MacBook has been shipped. Then why does my order status say "it's on hold?"

Apple Order Processing Hi I made an order for a Macbook Pro on 7 Nov and up till now it is showing “Order Processing” and the delivery estimate is between 9 - 16 Dec I contacted my bank and there are no authorizations or holding on any amounts which is weird, I know Apple only charges when the item ships but at least they have to hold the amount up till then. Apple MacBook purchase I have purchased an Apple product MacBook Pro , they have informed me that they will make sure then they dispatch the order , I’ve got a message later on that the payments was deducted from my bank ,and later on I got an email Apple that I have to update my payment method even thou in my bank transaction I can see that the Apple online store pending payment , I contacted the bank and they told me it’s not from there side , so what can I do now ?

My account has not been charged for pre-order So. I pre-ordered the imac, and the money came out. ($2k ish.) THEN, it went back in to my account a few days ago. Normal, preauthorization stuff, I didn't worry. Yesterday though, my imac shipped, and today I see that they charged my card and then put the money back in? The money is still in my account and my bank says it hasn't processed the charge, but apple says the invoice shows as complete on their end. I guess i'm just waiting it out to see if apple tries to charge it again, but my bank is baffled and i'm not sure what I should do. Apple shows that it's paid, but it isn't. Has this happened to anyone else with the imac pre-order? It's already shipped. Thanks!
