Apple MacBook purchase

I have purchased an Apple product

MacBook Pro , they have informed me that they will make sure then they dispatch the order , I’ve got a message later on that the payments was deducted from my bank ,and later on I got an email Apple that I have to update my payment method even thou in my bank transaction I can see that the Apple online store pending payment , I contacted the bank and they told me it’s not from there side , so what can I do now ?
